Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs declared, following his discussions with the President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, that China supports Kaïs Saïed as a representative and leader of the Tunisian people towards progress and prosperity. He noted that China supports him in moving forward with the essential reforms.
He declared that growth and reforms would ensure the Tunisian people improved their economic situation.
He added that China supports Tunisia and assists it in defending its sovereignty and independence, as well as the dignity of its people.
He thanked Tunisia for its support to China, in its interests, in particular, in the Taiwan affair.
