Speaking at a press conference, health minister Fawzi Mahdi announced that Tunisia is in the third stage of the pandemic, and the Ministry has followed a plan to coexist with this virus to confront it.
He added that the ministry is running to provide adequate conditions to limit the spread of the virus, through several measures, the most important of which is the concentration of the field hospital in Al-Manzah, which contains 80 beds, to reduce the pressure on hospital resuscitation beds, in addition to concentrating COVID circuit throughout the republic.
He also announced that the analysis laboratories have been strengthened with 3 new laboratories in Kebili, Sidi Bouzid and Jendouba.
