The first delegate responsible for managing the affairs of the governorate of Béja Saber Benbli oversaw a ceremony on Tuesday on the occasion of the installation of the regional council in the attedence of regional officials and the head of the office of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) in Beja.
