Within the framework of establishing traffic safety on the national road No. 11 in connecting Beja and Amdoun towards Ain Draham, the Regional Administration for Equipment, Housing and Land Planning in Beja has started maintenance work for the damaged portions of the road by finishing a layer of asphalt concrete and filling the edges on both sides.
Work is currently underway to set up a protecting concrete barrier at 136 km point (the location of the bus accident). Vertical and horizontal signals will also be reinforced on the same road to guarantee the safety of road users.
