The UGTT secretary-general Noureddine Taboubi revealed that the President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed is responsible for his choices and his policy.

He specified that “the UGTT is not accountable for the economic choices of the country, and the state it has reached with inflation, skyrocketing prices and the decline of purchasing power of the citizen. ” he said.

He stressed that UGTT will not renounce the economic and social rights of its members.
