Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a statement posted to his Telegram channel criticized Moscow’s attack on the port of Odessa, which took place earlier on Saturday.
“This proves only one thing: no matter what Russia says and promises, it will find ways not to implement it,” the leader noted.
